JAPANESE ORGANIC COTTON TOWELS:
SOFT AND LIGHT
Our towels are unique in their functionality and feel. They are particularly absorbent, very light and quick-drying, with an extra soft feel. They are the result of a weaving process perfected by Shinto Towels over centuries using 2.5 layers of ultra-thin organic cotton fabric.
On a trip through Japan, we learned about the Shinto Towel family business in Osaka in southern Japan that has perfected its craft over four generations. The looms in production have been in operation since the late 19th century.
We share an appreciation for natural materials and traditional craftsmanship. From this first meeting a friendship was born and from it jointly developed products: these exceptional hand and bath towels. Through our initiative, the entire operation was converted to organic cotton.
The towels are available in six colors and three sizes. They are suitable for the bathroom, sauna, gym, spa or bath, but also for the picnic or the beach. Due to their unique texture and soft touch, they are also perfectly suitable for baby care.
